The Valensole Plateau : Over 12,000 hectares of lavender fields and almond orchards create beautiful landscapes that change with the seasons.

Monaco : Its numerous luxury boutiques, famous casino, exceptional oceanographic museum and its exotic garden overlooking the sea makes Monaco a must-go destination. The Domaine du Rayol : The Domaine du Rayol is a protected natural area of 20 hectares located at the foot of the “Massif des Maures” and facing the “Îles d'Hyères. Here you will find almot every species of Mediterranean plant as well as a host of horticultural activities.

Ramatuelle : The village of Ramatuelle plays host to an important theatre festival every summer. Just as Brigitte Bardot put Saint-Tropez on the map, it was legendary French actor Gérard Philippe who “discovered” this pretty hilltop village.

The municipality stretches from the village to the famous beaches of Pampelonne, taking picturesque vineyards along the way.

Cogolin : Just in land from the coast, the village of Cogolin is famous for its craftsmanship, particularly the manufacture of briar pipes, rugs and woodwind instruments with reeds of exceptional quality. The Cogolin marinas are an integral part of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Gassin : Known as one of the most beautiful villages of France, this typical Provençal mountain village offers stunning views of the “Îles d'Hyères” and the southern Alpes.

La Croix Valmer : A rich history dating back to Roman times, together with an important architectural heritage, make this typical Mediterranean village a must-see.

Verdon, Verdon Gorge and Lake Sainte-Croix: Being a protected nature reserve since 1990, Verdon enjoys the status of “Grand Site de France”. With depths reaching 700 meters the Verdon Gorge offers breathtaking and unique views. Starting from Lake Sainte-Croix, rent a pedalo or a canoe and explore the lake or paddle up the river Verdon. Perched on the mountainside, the village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie is well worth a visit when traveling in the Upper Var, while the village of Aiguines gives an unbeatable view of the Lake Sainte-Croix.

Sainte-Maxime across the water from Saint-Tropez in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez is a family-friendly seaside resort (recognized since 2010 with the label “Famille Plus”) offering various year-round entertainment, lots of shops and a port worth watching (try the sea shuttles between Saint-Maxime and Saint-Tropez).

Grimaud and Port Grimaud: The medieval village of Grimaud and its fortress, the Grimaud Castle, date back to the Gallo-Roman period. Often dubbed “The Little Venice of Provence”, the district of Port Grimaud is itself worth a visit.

Both Porquerolles and Port-Cros are Natural Reserves, Port-Cros is also a Marine Reserve. You are sure to fall in love with their beautiful landscapes, exceptional seabeds, white-sand beaches and rich vegetation.
